RCK is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance approach to (sexual) harassment, including third-party harassment, ensuring that all employees, clients, contractors and referral partners and visitors feel valued and protected.

In line with legislation introduced in October 2024, which brought in positive legal duty for employers, we actively take steps to prevent harassment by educating our team, implementing clear policies, and establishing robust reporting procedures.
